Our Story
A native Calgarian, Jason Manna is the President and proud owner of Van Manna Homes, building the company from the ground up.
He runs the company with an honourable and hands-on approach, and he is known for focusing on each project as if it were his own, which is why you will usually find him on a job site rather than behind a computer.
Jason grew up in a family who had a passion for building and construction and was involved in many family projects throughout his teenage years before obtaining a background in Finance. This eventually led him to turn his passion into a business and share the knowledge of craftsmanship he learned at a young age with his clients by starting Van Manna Homes.
Jason’s passion for Real Estate and Development is evident with the thoughtful suggestions and commitment to value that he focuses on for every client’s custom build or renovation.

Our Community
Van Manna Homes is proud to support local family-run businesses to partner with on the construction of our homes. We also believe in the importance of donating our time and resources where possible to help make a difference in our community, whether through sports team sponsorships or getting our hands dirty to help construct a new community playground.
Giving back to the place we call home is an enriching experience that connects us to new people and opportunities and allows us to positively serve our neighbours.
In Summer 2023, Van Manna Homes was honoured to be involved in the rebuild of a school playground in our community. As a custom home builder local to Silver Springs with family connections to the school, Van Manna Homes and their trade partners generously contributed their construction materials, operating equipment and skilled construction labour to reconstruct the playground surface. This involved site preparation, concrete work and landscape rehabilitation.
